ASM Web Services offers IT services for the airline industry. We have acquired an extensive experience and knowledge in the commercial aviation business, working for the last 6 years for Vueling Airlines and clickair.
We are specialists in the design and development of IT solutions that fulfil specific requirements of finance, marketing, sales, operations, ancillaries and customer services departments, or extend the standard functionality of Navitaire's distribution and reservation system.
These solutions facilitate or directly manage business objectives such as maximizing revenue from ancillary products and services, reducing distribution costs and increasing operational efficiency.
Our first steps in the sector saw us integrate the Vueling website with the Open Skies® booking system in March 2004. Since then we have carried out more than twenty projects, among which the following stand out:
- Online check-in
- Sales channel for agencies, companies and professionals
- Resident management (Balearic and Canary Islands)
- Integration with third-party systems for car rental or hotel bookings upon completion of the booking process
- Implementation of FareFinder on Skylights
- Integration with Amadeus
Since January 2007 we have developed over fifty applications for clickair, and are the leading supplier for most of their strategic projects, such as, for example:
- Bulk mailing system for notifying changes to flight schedules, flight cancellations and other useful passenger information
- Click & Fly. First system in the world that allows passengers to choose their seat, check in at the time of purchase and print boarding card up to 24 hours before the flight
- Portal Profesional. Application that supports the B2B sales channel, that is, the channel used by tour operators, travel agencies, companies and the self-employed, with exclusive conditions for these market segments
- ClickBusiness. Application that allows the airline to offer customers a business rate with special conditions, so that, for example, they do not have to pay for their luggage or changes to their booking
- Fraud control. Solution providing a drastic reduction in the number of fraudulent credit card operations
- Implementation of Virtual POS terminal, which increases transaction security
- Multibooking. Search engine for combined flights between clickair destinations
- API Middleware. Booking system via a standard SOAP interface (architecture protocol aimed at services) for collaborating sales agents: online agencies, partner airlines, etc.
