The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) is the set of good practices for the management of IT services most broadly accepted worldwide, and was developed by the OGC (Office of Government Commerce) and is supported internationally by itSMF (IT Service Management Forum). ITIL® brought about the first international standard in the managements of IT services: ISO 20000.

With this consulting and training service we help our clients optimise their practices in the management of IT services, advising on how IT resources should be organised in order to provide the business with value, and which processes, functions and roles should be established, based on the adopting and adapting of the ITIL®.

It is worth knowing that ITIL® is not a methodology, in that it does not establish how processes and functions should be implemented, but rather it indicates which processes and functions are recommended for implementing in order to achieve high quality IT services in line with the business.
